Stornierung & Erstattung

Wir nehmen uns Zeit für jeden Kunden und respektieren Ihre Pläne und Bedürfnisse. Gleichermaßen bitten wir Sie, pünktlich zu erscheinen und im gegebenen Fall Ihren vereinbarten Termin bitte mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus abzusagen, sonst wird die Stunde leider voll berechnet. Stornierungen, die mehr als 24 Stunden im Voraus geschehen und bereits bezahlt waren, werden voll erstattet.

Cancellations & refunds

We take time and care for every client and respect your plans and needs. Equally, we’d ask you to arrive on time, and if you can’t make it, to cancel any appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations have to be fully charged. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be fully refunded.
